Community Service Day is fast approaching. Part of the Decade of Harvest, it is a Sunday morning, where we become the church outside of the church and display our love for the community in tangible ways.

On Sunday, Sept 21nd, we will gather at 8:30AM for a brief worship service (30 mins) and then will go out to pre-arranged service projects. (There will be no LCC Kids or childcare provided.)

Prayer Walk: Praying Together for our Community

Sept 3 - 24

We need to cover our community in prayer. Prayer is the primary work of God's people. Nothing of lasting Kingdom value occurs without the work of prayer. Kingdom work in Pearl City begins when we intercede on behalf of the community. It is for this reason that every September we do prayer walking around our community.

This year we are engaging in a twist on the game of BINGO. Renamed to P.R.A.Y.S. we are going to be covering our community in prayer over P (Parks and Recreation), R (Restaurants and Businesses), A (Areas of Pearl City), Y (Youth), S (Seniors).

We encourage you to do this together with your HOME Group, Ministry Team, or Family. The goal is to complete one row of prayer areas (like in Bingo). You can do multiple rows or aim for Blackout as well! If you have completed at least one row, you can show us your PRAYS board by Sunday, Sept 24 to redeem a souvenir to remind us to pray for our community.

There are 3 different P.R.A.Y.S. boards. They are marked with a star, square, or Triangle. All 3 versions and below.
